1. Appointment Cancellation: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: a. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation. b. No-shows, where clients do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice, are also considered late cancellations.

3. Late Cancellation Fees: Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a fee of $50 being charged to your account.

4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, there will be no additional fee.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our spa at least 24 hours in advance. You can also leave a voicemail if you are unable to reach us during business hours.

6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, we will consider waiving the late cancellation fee at our discretion.

7. Multiple Late Cancellations: Clients with a history of multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments or risk being unable to book appointments in advance.

8. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the clients scheduled after you.

9. Confirmation: We send appointment reminders via email or text message to help you remember your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.
